Our History

Professional Building Management Services started in response to the growing need for a new breed of facilities management services company. Most importantly customers were fed up with their unprofessional building management services that meant they:

Couldn't be trusted
Were not on top of compliance, safety and other issues
Did not undertake regular maintenance assessments
Avoided developing and implementing forward, costed maintenance programs

In short, customers tired of the endless excuses wanted a trusted partner who would listen to what they needed to achieved and help them get there without all the worry, stress, costs and dramas. And so Professional Building Management was born to work with our customers to protect and improve the value of their investment.
